We ARE Accepting deposits NOW! These are our kid's 4h pigs. Can place a deposit to reserve whole or half. We have returning people, ourselves and family that get some of these as well.
Deposit on these is half down, other half due no later then July 15th.
> HOG PRICE: $150 half or $300 whole.
> COST of PROCESSING: Depending on weight and curing of meats, average $80 half or $160 whole.
> TOTAL COST of take home pork: Depending on weight and curing costs, it is around $2.80 to $3.00/lb for all the different cuts you get to take home.
> PORK INCLUDES: Ham {your choice of sliced and/or whole}, Roast {weight in packages, typically is 3lbs}, Bacon {cured, peppered, thick/thin sliced}, Ribs, Sausage or Brats {seasoned options}, Pork Chops {how many per package}, Pork Steaks are some of the basic things.
> PROCESSING Date and location:. We will deliver them August 1st to T&T Processing in Fowler, Ks for you. If you choose to use another location, some fuel cost will incur.
> WHEN READY: Meat is typically ready 3 weeks after processed. You pay the processing cost when you pick up your pork.
